Refund policy

At BLAKARKE, we value quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return window, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

  • The item was not purchased during a final sale, clearance sale, or promotional offer, unless otherwise stated

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, odor, or washing

  • Gift cards or store credits

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at blakarke@blakarke.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product 

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.

8. Legal Disclaimer

BLAKARKE reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice

  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy

  • Make the final decision on all return and refund matters

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India
