Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs for review.
If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received, we will assist in raising an inquiry; however, BLAKARKE is not liable once delivery is confirmed by the courier partner.
